Admission to the conference is only possible with a conference badge. As the conference badges must be printed in advance, registration for the conference with booking of conference participation is only possible online and only until 22nd August 2025. Conference badges must be collected from the conference office (check-in conference office in the exhibition room of the University Library, Schuhstraße 1a, 91052 Erlangen, opening hours: Sunday, 7 September 2025, 3–5 p.m., Monday–Friday, 8–12 September 2025, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.).
In the registration portal you can register as attendee (until 22nd August 2025) and submit your papers for presentations, panels and posters (until 28th February).
